About Brittany Perez

Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit more about me. I’m Brittany Perez, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC#7249), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and I also hold a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. I am also a Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™).

I work with children and families who are navigating big emotions, challenging behaviors, or life changes that can feel overwhelming. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, grief, trauma, or school-related stress, I provide a safe and nurturing space where they can express themselves in the way they naturally do, through play. I also support teens navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am a proud first-generation college graduate, deeply committed to empowering and supporting fellow first-generation college students on their academic and/or career journey.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me chasing my energetic son and two lovable dogs - coffee in one hand, snacks in the other - just trying to keep up with the beautiful chaos of it all. I make time for self-care whenever I can, whether it’s a walk or hike with my family, quiet prayer and daily devotionals, curling up with a good book, sneaking in a workout, catching up with friends or simply soaking in a few precious minutes of calm on a sunshine break. I value connection, creativity, and play in my own life, and I bring those same values into my work with children and families.

My Philosophy

I believe that everyone deserves a safe and welcoming space to explore their feelings, face challenges, and grow at their own pace. Whether through play, talk therapy, or other evidence-based approaches, therapy offers a powerful way to heal, build resilience and find balance.

I deeply respect the unique experiences each person brings and strongly believe that parents and caregivers are the true experts on their children. My role is to partner with you and your family, honoring your insights while providing support, understanding, and guidance tailored to your needs.

Together, we create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen naturally and authentically.

My Mission

At Cultivate Grace Counseling and Consultation Services, my mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where children, teens, and families can explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and grow emotionally and mentally. I am dedicated to partnering with each individual and family to foster healing, resilience, and connection through personalized, evidence-based therapy services.
